Sometimes seen labeled as Bulb. sumatranum, but the current thinking is that this is a variation of Bulb. lobbii. Blooms earlier than other variations, darker in coloration and a bit smaller. Also a great stud plant.
Available as established potted plants or I will cut you a new division of four to five pseudobulbs with at least one active growth point.
Bulbophyllums are pretty tough critters and ship well as bare root divisions. Grow warm and keep wet with good drainage.
